The Living Room is our bilingual house church in Taitung. People are welcomed into our family as we learn to trust each other through friendship, meet Jesus in Scripture and lived examples, and begin entirely new lives with Him. It is a place where we learn how to abide in Jesus.

The patient work of grace
Most of the transformation in Taiwan does not happen in one dramatic moment. It develops slowly through meals, questions, prayer, Scripture, disappointment, friendship, and the decision to keep showing up. We believe people are worth the time it takes to struggle through life's challenges to finally know Jesus and experience transformation.

Story one
For more than four years, we prayed for and walked alongside one woman. She spent time in our home, built trust with us, and slowly moved closer to Jesus. Then the day came when she chose to follow Him with her whole heart. One week later, we stood beside her in the water as she was baptized.
Story two
We have also watched a young couple choose Jesus together, make difficult changes in their relationship through obedience to God, be baptized, and begin building their future centered in Jesus. Later, we had the joy of standing with them as they entered marriage. Their story reminds us that Jesus does not merely improve a life—He gives someone an entirely new foundation and builds a new life from there.
Why a home matters
A home gives people a safe space to be honest. They can bring their questions, doubts, failures, and hopes. They are not simply attending something; they are being invited into a shared life where Jesus is known and people are loved, challenged and encouraged.
